This is my third pillow like this. I love it!, it shapes to your head, and provides neck support. If it is not comfortable, you just wriggle your head side to side, and it will confirm more to you, or lower the height. If you slam your head down on top, yes, it just gets hard. We used beds filled with beads like this for burn patients and those with huge pressure ulcers. It is not a hot pillow. Slightly smaller than a regular queen size, but that is good for the special smooth pillowcases I buy. If you use a regular cotton pillowcase or cotton-poly, you will hate this pillow. It is fluid, and needs room to move. In a cotton, fitted pillowcase, this would be a very hard pillow. This one lasts 2-3 years, then starts getting too flat & needs replacing for me.

Been looking for a pillow to help the husband with neck pain. Tried all sorts of pillows and this is the first one he actually said did some help. It's a little firmer/fuller than the Sobakawa and larger so it fits him much better. This one is a rectangle so fits your normal pillow cases. Great find I'll order again.

I bought this for my husband because he had two small microbead pillows and put them in one pillow case to make an "adult pillow." He really likes this. He says it's very soft and he considers it "grown up." We can put a Queen size pillow case on it and that protects the actual pillow from drool. Soon I will see how the pillow holds up to cleaning. But yup, my husband loves this product!

The firmness is described as soft. I would say medium at best. You can’t mold it at all to what works best for you. It was expensive for not being what I expected. I can’t retort now because, of course I used it to check it out.

I find it too hard to sleep comfortably but like it when I read or need to be propped up in bed.

I bought these pillows for my grandchildren and cause I have the Tony little pillows and they loved them and these were like the same thing but they awfully little and not worth that kind of money

My daughter with back and neck issues says she likes it and it supports her neck better than her regular pillow, though it did flatten out a bit within the first couple of weeks of using it.
