Looks like a good buy
Great delivery from the two friendly guys. Really wasn't sure if Amazon delivery for such large items would work, but pleasantly surprised. Product great. Great capacity. Living up to positive reviews. I used a decibel reader to confirm and found it better than specified on the washing we did. Note to Bosch: With all the tech inside nowadays, how about a little gyro device to display on screen when the product is level? When installed in a tight unit space you can't easily get a level. Got there, but took some time and ingenuity. I can't see that a delivery team could do this satisfactory in the time they would spend. Hence I didn't book that service and glad I did it myself. Overall pleased.

Very easy to use
I bought this on the recommendation of Which? magazine. It is very easy to use , and you get a printed instruction booklet. I particularly like the i-dose system. Very quiet and the washing comes out spotless and fairly dry. Would strongly recommend this

A~mazon's customer service fail
The brand new product did not work, it is defective. I accept these things happen, however it is incumbent on Amazon to do something about it & it is also quite worrying that a brand new Bosch machine leaves the factory with a major fault. Amazon's Customer Service is hopeless - 3 days to deliver a replacement & a week to pick up the defective machine. Not able to change the order & a total inability to respond to complaints. Frankly I am appalled, by the "couldn't give a toss" mentality.
