I love how Cremo does the job in 30 seconds. That's actually very important me. Waiting around 2-3 minutes for other products to work was very inconvenient for me. The aroma of the product is quite acceptable, not musky and/or annoying likes some other products I've had. And it makes my beard softer than other products. BUT - FIX THE CONTAINER!!!!! It is quite difficult to get the product out to the nozzle and then it's also a battle to squeeze it out through the nozzle. I put a pump dispenser cap on the bottle, and now I have a much better experience in using it. FIX THE CONTAINER, DAMN IT!!!

I have a very tough scratchy beard. I mean like, burn some cheese in a pan, let it sit for a week, and turn my beard loose on it type of tough. I've tried everything. Beard oil, jelly, wax, and balm. The balm and oil makes my beard feel either oily or waxy. Not soft. So, I tried Cremo due to the reviews. No kidding, this stuff works. After about three washes and applications, I noticed my beard getting softer. Now, to be fair, nothing is going to make my Brillo Pad beard as soft as the hair on your head, but it does make a very noticeable difference. My lovely wife says I'm the best kisser ever (She has to say that) but after I grew the beard, she was less than pleased with the scruff. Now she says i'm back to kissable. That alone makes this the best beard softening product ever.Oh, and the mint is intoxicating. The scent is subtle and nice.All in all, this is a great product. Give it a couple of applications and you will not be sorry.Hope this helps.

I know everyone has a unique beard set up, and a lot of people have coarse beards, but mine is like barbed wire, I frequently get splinters from it. That’s how rigid and sharp it gets. Maybe this is more common than I realize but I have not encountered anyone else with this issue.Beard oils do nothing for my particular face and somehow make things stiffer and more knife like.But this stuff in tandem with badass beard’s wax/balm actually softens it noticeably!! I have to use the product every other day (wet beard, leave conditioner in for about two minutes, rinse out, (beard is instantly softer) pat dry, and apply wax(helps keep the softness for longer)). It’s so nice to not be constantly stabbed.

My beard has the texture of a heavy duty Scotch Brite scouring pad. It bothers my own face terribly, so I can't imagine what I put my girlfriend through. I tried a few beard oils and balms before this, and none of them made a noticeable difference. That is not case with this conditioner. My beard is at least twice as soft, Even after using it just a couple of times. To be fair, I did leave it in for a few minutes longer than the 30 seconds recommended on the bottle. Don't get me wrong: my beard still feels like a scouring pad. But now it's more like one of those blue non-scratch pads. Couldn't recommend this product enough!
