Let me just say, this stuff is amazing. I was taking Mydayis, which is like adderall on steroids, for approximately 2-3 years daily. Well the supply for my meds were on back order and I have still yet to receive them. I’ll be honest, I panicked. What was I gonna do?!?! I knew the withdrawals would be intense. I googled natural remedies for ADHD. This was one of the first that came up. I did mild research, to be honest. These capsules work!!!! It took a couple of days for me to notice a difference but my withdrawals from my adderall were very limited. I would recommend taking in the evening because they can make you sleepy. Now don’t get it twisted, you’re not going to have the same heightened senses or increase like pharmaceuticals give you, but looking at the natural alternatives is always a plus. Seriously, I have been taking this for going on 2 weeks now and I feel AWESOME. I’m not so quick to anger. I’m able to stay focused. To be honest, my ADHD tends to make things noisy in my head. I bought this to help with my major caffeine dependency and constant fatigue. I have taken these now, inconsistently, for about 2 weeks. I am most often taking 2 a day. I am writing this at 1:24 am after a day of minimal caffeine, which had blown my mind earlier when I didnt have a midday crash. I remember seeing another review when I was researching these about someone also staying up late - which was a huge selling point for me. Even so, I might drop down to 1 capsule daily if it continues to keep me up too late!! I can't confidently speak on other effects yet, but I am blown away by my sustained energy. I highly recommend this if you are constantly fatigued and/or dependent on energy drinks!

After about two months, I truly do believe I feel a difference in brain fog—or lack thereof. Important to note, this is not a miracle overnight effect, but even when I'm tired, I actually feel an element of clarity these days. I felt it when I did Nutrops for a few months, but that was a ripoff upwards of 70 bucks a month. This is only one mushroom compared to the mixture of them, but for me it seems this is the one that's most effective on a cerebral level. Four stars only because I can't 100% guarantee the correlation. At least not yet. I'll circle back if it becomes more salient.

After some time, I looked on Amazon to see which supplements people were into and this one popped up as one of the top picks. So I read into these. At first I was a little skeptical about the benefits of these pills and even decided to pass on them. But then this whole corona virus stuff started to escalate in the states and I felt it was necessary to boost my immune system. After a month of consistently taking them, I have to say my mood has improved for sure. I'm a grumpy 27 year old and I don't even know why but with these pills I feel more leveled. Placebo effect or not, its benefiting me regardless. I struggle with allergies this time around too and guess what? Not one sniffle yet. The sleep? The dreams are interesting and I could actually remember most of them now, which I struggled to do in the past. I feel rested when I take these closer to my bed time. (Though I don't take them right before because I will not fall asleep until like 3AM -- for those questioning the energy boost aspect of these supplements). Its just interesting to see these minor changes of my body. I can definitely tell its doing me some good. I know I've read to give it some time to see what else it can do but I can already see some changes after a few weeks. This is good stuff and the value is solid. I may switch to the powder form to add to my coffee but these pills work too if you're into the more convenient alternative. I recommend and thank the company for a good product.
