I bought these having difficulty finding them elsewhere at the time they’re my favorite style to wear at bedtime because they are soft and do not rip out the hair or break it. But these ones were very overpriced which was very disappointing and definitely not nearly as high-quality is others I have purchased I have purchased them before from Ipsy For five dollars for two and they were the best quality I had purchased. So with that being said I most definitely would not purchase these again from this company.

It's really really really soft. And aborbs a surprising amount of water. I have long hair and my hair takes forever to dry. I like to braid my hair and use this tie on the bottom, because water travels down and the bottom of my hair always takes forever to dry. Sometimes I leave this scrunch overnight and it's so soft that it doesn't bother me at all. Very nice purchase!

It’s super soft, one star less because it’s tight. Updated from 4 stars to 5 stars because after using it a few times it loosened just enough to become my favorite hair tie. I don’t have to readjust like I do with others.

The fabric is very soft and it does a good job absorbing the water when you tie your hair up when its wet. But its very tight on me. When I wrap my hair in a bun I need to go around twice because my hair is thin but when I do so with these scrunchies its super tight and it literally breaks my hair. When I remove the scrunchie there is always hair on it. Cute idea but for me I need something that expands more comfortably.

Nicely packaged. Reasonably priced and good quality! Perfect size for my mid length hair (just to twists)! Nice to quickly put it up to let it dry a bit… Or even where overnight while sleeping!

I was unable to get these to work for my thick hair. They were definitely not large enough for me to put my hair in a bun, but also I could not even use it to do a half-up half- down. Great concept- but they should offer two sizes to accommodate thick hair.

Although the material is soft, the rubber band within was so hard, it made these unusable so I returned. The towels are fantastic, these scrunchies were not at all what I thought they would be or feel.

These scrunchies pass the wrist test! (That's one of the first things I check. Ha!) I'm not sure how I feel about using these with wet hair, or near water. When my hair is back it dries a lot more slowly. The scrunchie doesn't touch much of it, even if it's in a bunch in a bun, and in that case, it dries even more slowly. It seems the scrunchie just absorbs a bit of water, and then holds in there. So it's an interesting concept, but it's kind of like a towel on your head after washing your hair--eventually it gets soaked, and has served its purpose, but hair is still wet and has to be exposed to air to help it dry. In other words, I just don't think these are super practical for drying hair. And if you're going IN the water, I can't imagine why one of these would be good to wear. It's an absorbency and weight thing (more on that in a bit). I personally think a non-absorbent ponytail holder (like a telephone/spiral tie one) works better on wet hair, because it doesn't absorb and hold water. So are they cute, if they don't help a lot with that? Yes, I think they are. The fabric is unique from other scrunchies, so it gives a different look. It's a bit bulky and heavy to wear compared to some other hair ties, at about 13 grams dry, and (here's the clincher) 119 grams wet. I personally wouldn't wear one in the water because of how absorbent it is, which is kind of the opposite of the concept! The scrunchies are still cute, though.
