where can I find a replacement handle at?

I would contact Coleman.com...I needed needed a part for one of their tents and they had all kinds of parts and accessories

Do these pots and pans need to be broken in/seasoned like every other pot and pan?

They are like regular non-stick pots. I did though rub olive oil in them before I used them the first time.

Do these really weigh 7.2 pounds? Does the lid for the kettle fit on the frying pan?

I cant verfy the weight but the lid fits on the frying pan. I like the set and used it a couple of times for camping. The big pot however is very big.

Are the handles on the lids of the pots removable? Are the handles heat resistant?

Handles on lids are not removable. They are riveted on. As far as I can tell they are heat resistant. I have not had a problem with them. Only suggestion is don't use metal utensils to cook with or serve, it will scratch the insides; also clean with a soft sponge.
