Must have for your kitchen
Great addition to the kitchen, super helpful for lifting the chopped items from the board. Have been using these for a while now and the quality is great as they wash well and there is no sign of rust. The edge is thin and sharp but haven’t used it for that purpose.

Love it, perfect for home baking
I got this for chopping dough, as i make my own bread rolls a couple of times a week and its great for that and for scraping it off the benchtop when i'm done. it cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher too.

Funtioniert gut, aber nur auf glatter Oberfläche. Ich habe mir dazu eine 1m breite Stahlauflage mit Abkanntung anfertigen lassen. In Kombination mit dieser Teigkarte wird das Brotwirken zum Vergnügen, auch bei sehr klebrigen Teigen.
