Why does the description on the top say pack of 4 which the price reflects and then the description says set of 2?

I only received 2 and expected 4

I sent them back for a refund because they were ridiculously small Don’t do it unless you want tiny tiny glasses

What is the diameter of the base? I'm hoping it will fit in a hanging rack
