I would recommend this product. I used the size recommendations given and the item was able to fit. By the third use I was able to wear using the first set of hooks.I wear it to the gym and out.My jeans and underwear fit nicely over it. Wished it was just a bit shorter though. I am 5'8" with an average torso for my height but itI will be making another purchase

This waste trainer is absolutely amazing and it really does suck you in however the sizes do run small so be mindful of that.

Wife received hers earlier and has been wearing it for most of the evening. For reference - I type what she tells me to, she's an hourglass figure and her natural waist measures a little over into the 4xl, she ordered a 3xl based comments from other ladies who were in a similar position. 3xl is comfortable and she can breathe fine. The top is a little loose - she can easily put a thumb into the trainer on each side of the top. Hooking up on the loosest set was a small struggle about halfway down but not terrible. She feels the girls are lightly lifted and it's reminding her to watch her posture while sitting down (very important, she's a desk job). Bottom hits at her natural hips, so she can sit comfortably and top of her *ahem* pooch (her words ladies) is corralled but she would've liked to see it be a half inch higher for better bra line coverage. The larger size doesn't have as much of an hourglass figure as she wanted, but it does smooth out the front really well. Overall she's happy with it - feels like quality material, it's stiff without being too restrictive, smooths out the front lines, and she feels she can wear it as everyday office wear instead of wearing shape wear.
