Last Bitch Standing (Bitch Series Part 5) Paperback – November 24, 2009

Book was really good.Maya was still up to her tricks. Supreme and Maya moved to Miami while Precious looking everywhere for them. She finds out thou Nico's PI where Devon is at and try to get to him.Maya beeing nosey find some information about some guy name Arnez in Supreme's office and want to know more about hime plus she finds out where Devon is at.When she find out about Arnez she finds out more about him that his enemies is Delondo's Devon's boss and there was some issures with Arnez.She finds out that Arnez is a woman beater and she hits it.Precious meets Coco and Gensis though Nico. She mentions Maya's name and Gensis acts like he don't know who Maya is and Precious gets a bad feeling about him.Later one from Gensis she gets the whereabouts to where Supreme has moved and go back home explaning to Supreme about Maya.Maya finds out that Precious is back home and decide to kidnap Aaliyah yet again. Causing Precious to track her down beat her butt and treaten to kill her. Until Gensis tell Precious who Maya really is.Then ending wasn't to much of a big shock I kind of figured that it would come out sooner or later. Cant wait until part 6 want to see what Aaliyah get her self into.

well what can i say to Deja King.she has done it again.Precious she is a bad ass bitch. you can't keep her down for long.maya's mistake was that she didn't make sure that precious was dead.she should of known that she's like a cat.she's got 9 lives! nothing was going to keep precious down for too long and to keep her from her family also.there's some questions that need to be answered.and i couldn't believe that precious and maya are sisters.i didn't see that coming at all.and the answer to who's the daddy.well i got a feeling i know who it is but it was never confirmed.the book was too short and didn't really finish the rest of the story.i wanted to find out what's really going on with supreme.i already knew he didn't like nico but there's more to that story and how is he connected to arnez.i guess we gonna have to find all this out in trife life to lavish pt 2 and if the answers to all of our questions are in that book then i can't wait til it comes out.deja could of finished the story in this last chapter but i guess she wanted to tease us a bit and make us wait.overall it was a great book and i already let alot of my friends read this book.

The finale wasn't as compelling as the prior chronicles however, it was still worth *finishing it off.* More characters left me turning pages (via Kindle) and scratching my head. The latest characters will give you an introduction or a "behind the scenes look" of their persona in books like Stackin' Paper, Trife Life To Lavish, Stackin' Paper 2, and Trife Life To Lavish 2.At this time, I'm not sure if I want to dig deeper into those characters. Only time will tell. I WILL say that the author out did herself. This is ultimately one of the very best series I've ever read...Period.I would have liked to know how and what went on in the pregnant pause at the end of the story. I can't be too specific about certain areas without relenting pertinent events/ spoilers. I would though expect anyone that started the Bitch series to finish it. Wonderful series!

Precious Cummings Mills is back in this explosive new book.When Queen Bitch left off Precious was scrambling trying to find her family and Maya. Maya has taken over Precious' life and moved her family to Miami. Nico and Precious are traveling from state to state hunting for her family without any real idea of there whereabouts. When a tip leads them to Philly they connect with another dynamic duo, Genesis and CoCo and the action begins. This book is by far the most action packed. I gave this book a 4.5 because the end seemed rushed and left me with a lot of questions, but still a great story. I have to give it up to Ms. King her writing skills are only getting better.

I want to start this review off by saying [...] I've purchased every book that this author as produce and this was the worst to me. I'm not tripping off of the $10.00 that I spent, but can I get a refund for all the hours I wasted reading this story.First, the author didn't think about her readers, when she added characters from Stacking Paper in this story. I've read Stacking Paper, but I haven't read Stacking Paper 2. So, I was a bit upset to learn about Talisa being dead (yeah I said it) in this book. What author does that, that was a huge spoiler and a mistake on the authors part. Not everyone has bought Stacking Paper Part 2 yet, so to give away some of the best parts, says that we as readers weren't taken into consideration. Not everyone runs out and buys books as soon as they are released!As for LBS, It lacked excitement and it was no where near explosive. When Supreme & Precious finally reunite, all I can say is...."Is that it??" Even when Precious explains her case, her explanation was dry as hell. It was all over the place and Supremes response was lame as hell!! She is depending on a pink diamond necklace to prove her case, C'mon now.As for the situation with Maya, all of that running around was pointless. The ending, fast forwards to a future that I never saw coming, it ended so badly, that I'm not even interested in reading about this New Bitch!!Over-all it's a very fast read and it's not the best. I believe in finishing what I started, so I don't have a problem, finishing off the entire series, whether it's good or bad. Deja/Joy King is on the top of my favorite authors list. I've recommend many of her titles to many of my friends, but this one was a let down. I CAN hate on the book, because I bought it, but i can't hate on the author, because Deja King be running books out the door, like whore running bath water. She is definitely doing her. I just hope that the next book I read from this author (which will not be Stacking Paper 2) I hope I can say, it was well written.
