Review: Fun and relaxing! - Great DIY project. I am still working on it but thought I would write my review. This is my first DIY mini house, somewhere I read it would take approx. 20 hours or so to complete and I am well past that and only 3/4 done. I am having so much fun, and it is so relaxing to work a bit on it every night. The kit came with everything I needed except a pair of wire cutters, scissors and needle nose pliers. That being said I really wanted my DIY to be MINE so I bought some brown paints and a sponge (I cut up) and have been adding a bit of dirt here and there on my pieces. The kits instructions are easy to follow, most are photos so you can actually SEE what you are suposed to be doing. The materials are good quality. The packagings a bit plain but beautiful regarless. I am very happy with my purchase and I would purchase a Robotime DIY mini house again in the future. Review: Rewarding and a little challenging, but well worth it. - Each step was a mini challenge, but was rewarded continuously and brought lots of joy when each item completed. Does require patience and perseverance and best done over 3-5 days. Looking forward to my next craft project. ## Features - 【Exquisite Mini House】Our diy doll house is very well made, using a miniature scale of about 1:24. Beautiful for display. **Q: Does this have glass walls and ceiling?** A: No, not glass. The walls and ceiling are made of a stiff, yet malleable clear plastic. It arrives in one piece, and is folded to create the peaked roof and walls. I had my concerns about this part of the kit, but found it very easy to work with. **Q: how long does it take for an adult to make？I’m thinking about making it as my college project.** A: It takes about a month with doing it for 2 to 4 hours each day. So if you want to assemble it quicker you can, however, it takes along time to do all the miniature plants and items. (I finally added some silk flower plants to speed up the process and it looks great.) I bought it to pass the time in the month of January. With all the things you have to do in college, I think that you should pass this one up. Too much tedious work. And besides that some items were missing in the kit. Cute yes, practical no. The answer to, would I do it again, NO. Once was enough. **Q: dust cover included?** A: Hello, dust cover is not included ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun and relaxing! *by S***A on 6 December 2017* Great DIY project. Does require patience and perseverance and best done over 3-5 days. Looking forward to my next craft project. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun, Detailed DIY Mini House With a Relaxing Build Experience *by ***! on 27 May 2026* This DIY dollhouse kit feels very detailed and thoughtfully designed, with wooden pieces that fit together in a way that feels precise and satisfying. The mini green house theme has a nice aesthetic, and the finished look feels cozy and decorative, especially with the LED lighting included. I like how engaging the build process is without feeling overwhelming. The instructions are clear enough to follow step by step, and the small furniture pieces add a lot of character once assembled. It has that kind of build where progress feels steady and rewarding as each section comes together. What stood out most for me is the level of detail. The tiny furniture, decorative elements, and lighting all work together to create a finished piece that feels more like a display item than just a craft project. The LED lighting especially adds a warm glow that makes the whole scene feel more alive. Overall, this is a creative and enjoyable DIY kit that feels relaxing to build and satisfying to display, with a good balance of detail, structure, and visual appeal. ## Frequently Bought Together - ROBOTIME DIY Miniature House Kit Mini Green House Tiny Dollhouse Wooden Furniture Kit with LED Halloween/Christmas/Birthday Gifts for Adults (Cathy's Greenhouse) - BXQINLENX Professional 9 PCS Model Tools Kit Modeler Basic Tools Craft Set Hobby Building Tools Kit for Gundam Car Model Building Repairing and Fixing(B) - BEACON 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue - Fast-Drying, Crystal Clear Adhesive for Wood, Ceramics, Fabrics, and More, 4-Ounce --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/257773358-robotime-diy-dollhouse-wooden-miniature-furniture-kit-mini-green-house](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/257773358-robotime-diy-dollhouse-wooden-miniature-furniture-kit-mini-green-house) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
