Review: Lives up to its claims - So far so good. I have spilled stuff in bed and it did not go though. My dog got sick and puked on the the sheets. Saoked to the pad but not to the mattress, so I am happy. I have a Tempur-Pedic cooling mattress and this cover is a but big but I think it is actually a plus that it is. Because the cover is a little big, it extends the protection down the sides of the mattress I little bit giving extra protection. Once you put the sheets on, you cannot tell it is big nor do you feel it when you are sleeping on it. I do not find that it makes my bed any cooler or hotter. It feels the same to me. DO NOT USE BLEACH ON THESE. Bleach will eat away the waterproof liner.
