My husband is a skinny guy, and always cold. I'm of normal weight for my height, but have always tended to "run hot". As you can guess, fights over the thermostat setting in winter has been a "thing" throughout our marriage. I have always said he's a reincarnated cat - his favorite thing to do is nap in the hot sun on a 90 degree day, while I'm hiding in the shade with a hat, a fan, and gallon of iced water. We are as opposite as we can be on that issue. I saw this vest on Amazon & bought it for him for Christmas 2022. HE LOVES IT. He literally wears it every single day, indoors and out. He's now warm and toasty 24/7 and I'm no longer suffocating from too much heat in the home. If you have a spouse or partner or SO or pal who is always cold, buy them this vest! It makes EVERYBODY happier. Added plus: our heating bill decreased almost $50 this year over last year - because my hubs isn't cranking up the thermostat as he usually does in winter. So there you have it: physical comfort, lower heat bill, and restored marital harmony. What a bargain! Woot!

Haven’t used this on a ride yet, but testing in our home it heated up nicely. One feature is that the temp will turn itself down once it has reached maximum, saving battery energy. Looks to be very well made and size is as expected. My guy wears a Large size t-shirt, so I got an XL figuring he would be wearing the vest over his shirt and probably his leather vest, too. It fits well and looks good on him. A bonus is that the heat pads are situated under the hand pockets and you can then warm your hands as well. The battery attaches to the vest via a standard USB (old square style, not “C” style), so you could carry an extra power pack like the one for your cell phone. I recommend this product; makes a great gift.

Fits well and actually works to keep in warmth even without the electric heating, but that is what I paid for and expected. Worked well on a short walk when I first got it and tried it out. Hung it ups and a couple weeks later I try it at work and it will not stay on. Just cycles quickly through heat levels with no effect then turns off. Tried different batteries and power cords to no avail. Not worth the price without electric heating effect. This has soured me on this entire technology. RIP

If you want a nice vest that heats well with basic touches this will fit your needs. I find it keeps me warm when outside for extended time on really cold days with a coat over it, or if you just need to take a chill off indoors. The 3 temperature settings are perfect for this. I know some vests have heated necks, this does not. The pocket liner is thin nylon so you feel the back of the heating pads and wires when your hands are in the pockets, they're not that warm for cold hands. The vest heats quickly when turned on and switches to the medium temp automatically after a few minutes. (high, Med, low) I get several hours of heat on medium, after about 3 hours the battery will be down to 1 out of 4 bars. It charges slowly, so I charge it over night. There are several options for plugging battery packs into the vest so you could use other batteries too. Battery is 10,000 mA with 2 USB, 1 USB-C and 1 Micro USB ports. Overall, it's a nice vest that function well.

Bought this for my dad for Christmas. I originally bought him a medium but had to return for a large. It does have zipper sides which is nice if you have a heavier top underneath. He loves it and said it is easy to use and battery last, is easy to charge. It was a great gift to keep him cozy.

I order 2 vests, one XL and one S for my girlfriend. Both fit very well and had room to be comfortable with a sweater underneath. One interesting point is that the small had a control button as pictured om my photo. This style button allows the user to control heated areas separately. This is an awesome feature I had not seen before in a vest. Unfortunately the XL I received does not have this feature, but performs as expected. The battery is a bit heavy but it is a good battery.

I’ve been using this product while in Alaska (-30°F to 5°F for the past week) and with a base layer, this product, and a snowboarding jacket on top. Almost instant heating and the battery seems to last a few hours while it’s on medium to high. Compatible with other battery packs but not all, just depends on the voltage and amp output of the pack. Great buy and it’s honestly been a life saver up here. Collar is a little high but I usually don’t zip it all the way up. Comfortable and light weight. Got it on an Amazon special for $20 but I’d even say normal price is still a good price for what it is. If you plan on being outside for extended periods of time then I’d get an extra battery pack. LED’s on button are a little bright.
