Really a tempting product. I found it very easy to operate, easy to clean, hygenic and cook the food with temperature control level and perfectly cooked food. Tried making grilled cheese sandwitch and its just mindblowing and cryspy. truely happy with the product and surely gonna to try panner tikka too. Good thing is it has a excess oil exit too..

The 2 main reasons I bought this is: 1. It complements our kitchen's theme of "steel" look. 2. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's personal endorsement of this product. I must say that it does look very elegant on the kitchen counter. However the professionalism presented by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor does not reflect in this product - more on this a bit later, but let me give some product specifications not found in the "Product Description": The griller area easily accommodates 4 normal or large size bread slices (please refer to the attached 1st pic below). Giller area is 24cms wide. Griller area is 22cms deep. Height (with handle, when closed) is 12.5 cms. It occupies a minimum of 36 cms x 30 cms counter space (and 37.5 cms height when the top lid is open). I grilled a 3 inch high burger and it grills well without any issues. It has a regular round 3 pin, 5amp plug (black color) - griller works even on our complex generator, during power cuts. The power cord length is 100 cms (1 Meter) The adjustable hinge is excellent - allows the lid to perfectly sit on taller club sandwiches without making the top slice get pushed out of place. Being able to use both sides of the griller is a nice addition for some rare occasions. The inner part of the handle is of poor quality with unevenly moulded sharp steel, which can cut your fingers, if not handled carefully (refer to the attached 2nd pic). Did not receive user manual and Recipe booklet. Contacted Wonderchef customer service, who were unhelpful - they asked me to contact Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, Amazon customer service rep was down right pathetic. After spending 17 minutes on the phone talking to the amazon rep, it was clear that the rep had absolutely no clue whatsoever about how to help - it was a complete waste of time - at one point the rep even claimed that the recipe booklet and user manual are not part of the product - I had to patiently explain to the Amazon rep that it is clearly mentioned in the Product Description and literally guide her to where (and in which line) it is clearly mentioned. Did not expect such unprofessional service (both from Wonderchef & Amazon), lack of contents (user manual & recipe booklet) and poor quality steel (only the handle) from a product personally endorsed by Sanjeev Kapoor with a premium price. But having said that, the steel used on the lid is of excellent quality and the actual grilling area is also very good.

This is a wonderful product. I had gone through a lot of product on amazon but this is the best griller with temperature control that is not found easily. The griller is fast and very efficient , the sandwiches are crisp and the pattern of grill on the bread makes them more delicious.

Its good, It does toast and grill as said. ALso the oil does seep into two oil containers provided with one cleaning/spatula brush. Its very light and their legs extend to an angle so that the oil/ food juice drips off. Found that the hinge on right hand side which allows to open the griller 180degress is a bit flimsy. Rest the entire product is sturdy with a good temperature control dial. Red and Green light lets you know when its grilled to perfection. It automatically cuts off temperature so that your bread or food does not get burn.

AFTER PURCHASING THE PRODUCT STARTED FACING HEATING ISSUE IN 3 MONTHS ITSELF AS FAR THE PRODUCT WAS UNDER WARRANTY STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY HELP FROM THE COMPANY THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY SALES EXECUTIVE WAS OF LOCAL REPAIRER WHO WAS LEAST BOTHERD WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM WONDER CHEF
