The tip is good if you are putting the vials in florists foam, and the large volume lets you put more water in so you dont have to fill it up often. The lids fit well, and dont tear when you put in large stems. The vials are longer then they are wide. I recommend these vials for any person who wants preserve their flowers with little need to refill the vials, and for general use.
