National Audubon Society Field Guide to Fossils: North America

Love this book! Used it for my palaeontology project and it did not let me down! 💚💙 so informative! Love it!

A real disappointment as the guide doesn't include a geological map for the area I live (Ontario), or Quebec, or New England in the States.

Very comprehensive context but lack of photos.

I prefer the Peterson field guides. But have been enjoying the easy visual references in this one. I'm not a rock or fossil expert so for a beginner this is perfect for me.

Doing palentology for the fun, I use this book pretty regularly.Some informations are not always easy to find but most of the time it's simple.In the field, it's my companion!
