Does this work with Medico or Dr Grabow filters?

Yes it works perfectly with Medico filters. I use them all the time. (I'll never go back to a briar after using a corn cob!)

Is this good for bud?

I'm sure it could be good for it. I've only smoked sweet pipe tobacco out of it though, so I have no experience with bud in it.

what size screens can be used in this pipe?

Not sure. This pipe uses a Dr grabow filter in the stem so you really don't need a screen.

What is the difference between this pipe and the (Country Gentleman Corn Cob Pipe - Missouri Meerschaum), which can be found at this link - http://www.amazon.com/Country-Gentleman-Corn-Cob-Pipe/dp/B0046E1Y5G/ ? Both look the same to me, but are sold on separate pages.

Pretty sure it's the same pipe. I've bought this pipe from Amazon and another site and if it's called the country gentleman by Missouri Meerschaum, then it's it's the same. The only thing that might be different is the stem.
