Does the front panel roll up?

Will this fit on a 2008 ezgo txt with a back seat it don't have to cover the back seat but i just want to make sure the cover will fit over cart

Not sure but it fits my 1976 and has elastic stretch so I have lots of spare room. May only fit over seat? Mine covers all the way to wheels.
