I don't think product is bad. My hair is flat and thin so I am constantly looking for products for making root volume and nothing is working. I don't see desired result

My reliable conditioner that works great for my fine hair
For my fairly fine but sometimes stiff hair, this version of the Giovanni works the best of the many different conditioners I've tried over the years.
