I use this for a skin condition and since day one of using this it has cleared up the condition. This is the best brand and quality you will find and if you're in a similar situation it is worth a shot, of course it won't work for everyone. Also, unless you live in a very hot climate all year you will need to very so slightly heat this up to use as a lotion. I use a microwave, or sit it in front of a wood fire/heater during winter.

I love taking coconut oil in the morning; this is my favorite, it's super good.

A very good but expensive product.

I put this oil on my face at night and I also use it to massage my face and move out any lines or wrinkles which I don't have because coconut oil keeps you moist. You have to put on a lot of of it so it won't be drying because if you put on a coat, it dries out quick but when you saturate your skin in it, it gives it great moisture.
