Nice Little Cannon; Use Magnesium Ribbon as a Fuse
Nice little cannon. The quality seems very good. The fuse hole is small, which makes it hard to find normal fuses that will fit. But I came up with an interesting solution. Buy a roll of magnesium ribbon and cut it into thin pieces to use as a fuse. A 70 ft roll of ribbon cut into thirds will provide you with a lot of 3 inch fuses. The heavy metal of the cannon fuse hole will stop the magnesium from burning as it touches it, but by putting some black powder in the hole when you insert the magnesium fuse, it will ignite down to the main charge in the cannon just fine. Have fun.

The little cannon looks good, but doesn’t work
The little Canon didn’t work. I followed the instructions which aren’t all that clear. I even went on YouTube to find out and make sure that I was doing it correctly in terms of loading the powder making sure the fuse was right and that the fuse was touching Essentially the gunpowder that it was packed properly, and it would burn. You could smell the gunpowder, but it never fired anything. In fact it didn’t even burn a great deal of smoke just from the burning gunpowder. The only thing that really happens was the wick lit. You could smell the gunpowder after it was ignited, but nothing happened afterwards. It also doesn’t come with an actual mechanism to pack in. , but nothing happened afterwards. It also doesn’t come with an actual mechanism to pack in the gunpowder the tiny ball bearing or the tissue paper that’s recommended on the videos that you use as well. It’s a real cool looking paperweight or desktop display piece. But it doesn’t work. Two different times I tried and two different times I failed. and when I say I used gunpowder, I’m talking about a product sold on Amazon called Bangsite. But according to different YouTube videos, there’s other alternatives that can work as well. So either that the Bangsite didn’t work or the Canon didn’t work
