Review: This is a good brand! - yuko and luna, my 2 parakeets/budgies love these pellets, I used to give him ZuPreem pellets, but he couldn't eat them because of how hard they were. so, I made it into a powder so yuko could eat it, but once he did, he ate it non-stop, not even getting off his food bowl. but once I converted him to Roudybush, (same with luna) I didn't even have to trick him into eating pellets, he just directly came to the bowl to taste, and then they both loved it~ and they still do. and now he's soo healthy and he head bobs, chirps more are more often! I really love these pellets. but I give him his veggies, still, he craves broccoli and carrot every day! they both are 2 tame borbs who loves to make noise.

**Q: Will conures eat this and what size?**
A: Hello!  We have three sun conures, 2 green cheek conures, and a Nanday conure, and they all enjoy the mini Roudybush maintenance.  We've purchased the other sizes too, and they will eat them, but mini seems to be their favorite!

**Q: How long will the 44oz Bag last with one quaker parrot?**
A: I don't have a quaker Parrot, but I have a cockatiel. I usually have two bowls going on at the same time: a small one bolted to the outside and a regular one inside. That said, I empty both everyday, even if there is a good amount left. The large bags last me anywhere from 6-8 weeks. As I said I empty every night and refill. Some people are less paranoid than I about germs! If your parrot's used to seed, I don't know how you could convert it. Sorry I couldn't be more specific. This is the food that both vets I've had Hobbes see,  suggested.

**Q: For a parakeet, what is the smallest size - crumbles? Nibbles? What does “mini” mean? Whichare pellets?**
A: With size, some of it is the bird's individual preference. I have little parakeets, a Rosey Bourke & a budgie. The Bourke eats the mini size, which is also what my cockatiels eat. The are rod shaped, about a quarter of an inch long. The budgie eats zupreem naturals parakeet which is very small, about the size of the Roundybush crumbles. If you are looking for a fine pellet, try the crumbles.

**Q: the packaging has stated that"steam pelleted" so shall i steam the pellets before i feed my cockatiel**
A: No, that is not necessary but you should also feed your Cockatiel some seed mix as well.One 3rd seed and two 3rds pellets.Hope this helps!

These pellets are hard to break by my 5 month and 3 month old cockatiel. They do eat it but don't prefer to it unless hand fed that too in little quantity and rather get wasted
