What is the origin of this oil? What country does it come from?

Is this oil easy to get out of the bottle or is it more the consistency of cold coconut oil? Does it have a strong herbal scent?

It is a thicker oil but not as thick as cold coconut oil. I didn't notice a strong herbal scent. My sprayer worked for a little while but then it got clogged up and I was unable to unclog it. Instead I simply unscrew it and use the straw to put on my hand and then on the place needed.

Does this work well on scars?

I bought this for my husbands psoriasis and it worked will when he used it.

I have really bad excema how long will it take for me to start seeing results ?

Individual results may vary, but my son started noticing relief from dry skin after a few weeks, especially when applied directly after showering. We blotted (not wiped) his areas dry then applied the oil. 2x per day.
