I bought this shampoo because my cat and dog started scratching a lot, and I suspected they might have fleas. From the very first bath, I noticed a big difference. The product has a mild scent, lathers well, and rinses off easily. The best part is that it really kills fleas and ticks on contact, just as it promises. After using it, both pets were left with clean, soft fur and no irritation. I also like that it isn’t harsh and is specially formulated for pets, which gives me peace of mind. I would definitely buy it again. It works, lasts a long time, and is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

So, I'm scoring this a 5 star but if u read the reviews it's very mixed. And all the bad reviews are bad, bad. Their babies are being burned and hair falling out. I took all this into consideration when making this purchase. It states vet formula. I looked up all the ingredients . And I absolutely do not recommend for little dogs. I have a frenchton, Hazel. She's 26lbs at time of bath. That's as little as I would go. I bought a second empty bottle and mixed half water and half shampoo. It did not let it sit on her. It lathered very well even diluted. Citrus kind of smell. I got her really good, and quickly rinsed her, very well. I did not let it sit on her. She was very soft after. I did blow dry her. Nothing came off her but I knew it wasn't. She's been having hives and being itchy. I pay for that expensive monthly pill her vet wanted to try first. Sometimes, it helps with allergies in dogs. But it didn't. Was just making sure it wasn't fleas. I hadn't seen any on her. But u never know. So back to the vet we go.
