I have a 2014 jku (non rubicon) dana 44 w/ 3.73 gears (rear). looking to go to 4.56 or 4.88 gears in future is this the truetrac i need?

Yes. 913A589 is the correct part for the "JK"(non-rubicon) Dana 44 rear ALL gears! Here is the caveat; the current version of the Truetrac is dual drilled with 3/8 & 7/16" holes that will accept most all aftermarket gear sets without modification. If planning on using the factory gear set, they utilize 1/2" bolts to retain the gear to the carrier. Plan to use a machine shop to drill out to 1/2" if your application warrants this as the TT is hardened metal. The coming change.......As of March/April 2019, Eaton will be changing the holes used on the TT. They will be eliminating the 3/8" hole and providing a dual drilled product with a 7/16" & 1/2" compatibility. I posted this not so much for the person asking but for those looking to buy this product now.

Is this lock 100% lock or non-slip? If it is non-slip what is the model of 100% lock?

It is an 80 percent power transfer limited slip not a locker.

It will fit in a 2003 rubicon tj with 4.88 ratio??
