The Interesting Parts: The application tube must have changed packaging, but it’s just a visual change for the item I received. The tube’s cap is definitely different than a screw-on top, however, it’s not completely un-resealable. It’s a pop top which does make it a bit messy and sticky, but I have been using it for over a month so you can see that it hasn’t gained a *ton* of residue, just a bit. And I haven’t cleaned it out yet. The Good: It just works for wounds so well, and the price for this one is very fair. Manuka honey is like magic! I have used it on excision wounds and it has really kept the healing tissue moist. That’s all I need it for, so I’m OK with the other few strange things about the tube. The texture isn’t noticeable to where it bothers me, and I’m typically very sensitive. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Never would I have thought to use this honey or any honey on an open wound. I doubt amazon would allow me to post a picture of my hole in my leg. It was brutal. Too large to stitch. The honey was a significant cause for it's rapid healing in 2 months.

Bought this for my family member. We have used it first on my grandsons bottom when he had sores that kept coming back. They cleared up and never came back. We also used it on my husbands hand that had an infection after surgery. It also cleared up. Love it!

So far so good, the tube isn’t filled to the top so you have to really squeeze to get it out. At first I thought the lid didn’t go back on but then I realized you turn it upside down and it snaps on. It is what’s recommended by my nurses but I need a lot more than this tube since my wounds are much bigger. If I apply daily it would last 3 days. So I will say it provides pain relief as well as healing. Not a great value for the money considering the amount you get, but the product itself is amazing.

After my husband’s Achilles tendon surgery plus a re-do on the same leg 6 months later, this product was a game changer! Application on the incision twice a day after cleansing has finally resulted in healing! Magical!

My first time buying Manuka honey... I purchased this one bcuz I didn't wanna pay a lot if it didn't work for me. I used it & it works great for me. I thought tube was filled but they do short the tube a lil & the cap goes on a little wonky but it still goes on & closes fine on mine.

I had some superficial incision openings after a surgery, and my surgeon brought up Medihoney as an option for topical wound care. However that brand is not currently available due to a recall and distribution issues, so I tried this instead. I noticed immediate improvement in the appearance of the wounds I used it on, more than I expected really. If it weren't so expensive I'd start using it for everything.
