My skin is sensitive but I didn't have a problem. Just be careful where your putting it.

Biofreeze in any form is great. My husband has back problems and he uses it all the time. Our chiropractor recommended it.

how long does the product relieve the pain? how often can you reapply?

Relieves pain for about four hours,can reapply more if needed.
