Metallic Strap color faded. Minute hand loose after 8 months of use

Disappointed with the product. I have received a fake product. Within 8 months of use ghe strap colore has changed and minutes hand rotates freely inside the dial.

I like this one a lot. The color is suitable most of the outfits, in all occasions and in all skin colours. It's neither gold or silver in particular but it has a very soft color and elegant design. Just love this.
