I'm Thai, I think this one is close to NamTok noodles taste, without other seasoning added. However, there are some herbs you can put more to make it quite aromatic&tasty, beef bones will do, too.

Not work the price for the portion I’m getting. Not recommend. It taste ok

It’s not my favorite taste
The soup base is very salty, you need to add seasoning to make it better, I added chili vinegar on it and it must better taste. I cooked beef shanks and brisket for 3-4 hrs, the add sliced of beef, meatballs, veggies and crispy pork in my noodles bowl.
