Is this product low carb?

Hello Barbara, Thank you for your interest in our products. We suggest adding grilled chicken to our alfredo pasta. Keep in mind that this would count for your dinner, as well as a starch serving due to the carb/calorie content. The pasta does have 33g of carbs, which is why we recommend more so for maintenance than for weight loss. We do offer "lite" pasta entrees, such as our Spicy Cheese Pasta w/ only 17g pasta!
