Where is the size chart? I looked at all the images, clicked on all the dropdowns, there is nothing. This just left me frustrated.. please do better..

These gloves run small, we ordered a large they won't fit an average adult man. I'd say these are sized to fit young or small people, our pair went to a person who has small hands, not the person intended at purchase time. Otherwise they are high quality.

how do I know correct size to purchase?

Do a search on the internet for a hand chart and compare your size of hands to the chart. Check the width of your hands. If your hands are not petite, I would get the large size gloves. If you have wide hands, then I would buy extra large. You can adjust the size of your gloves to fit your wrist.

is this able to handle 10 degree or lower?

No, my hands were very cold in 25 degree weather.
