Good heating Belt
When Belt is On, it get heated very quickly in less than a minute and is so fit to wear around lower back also. When heating is increased or decreased it gets set accordingly very instantly. Using since last 6 months and have no issues. The belt is also in same condition and not torn from its cloth nor wire damaged. Certainly good Quality.

It's fine not exceptional
Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option.Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it.Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good

WORST BRAND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolutely the WORST experience ever.I received a defective product, and what followed was an even bigger disaster than the product itself. The brand showed zero responsibility instead of fixing their mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to bear the shipping charges for their faulty item.Their customer service is non-existent. Replies are delayed (if they reply at all), there’s no accountability, no empathy, and clearly no interest in helping customers once they have your money.Zero product quality. Zero customer service. Complete waste of money.To make matters worse, Amazon customer service was equally useless in this case and offered no real resolution.My honest advice: never, ever buy from this brand. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. There are plenty of other brands that actually respect their customers, this is not one of them.

Switch burnt out
The heat pad has a good finish and was initially working ok. After a few months the heat selector switch got burnt out.Is it possible to get a spare replacement controller?
