With the scoop up all the way does that make the mid hi or flat. Will this boost the mids on a fender twin reverb?

Turning up the scoop will increase the mids. Adjusting the pot on the inside of the pedal will also adjust the intensity of the scoop.

How does is sound with single coils, does make alot of noise? Im playing a fender strat with a vox ac15c1

Hi. I’m using this pedal with a 1979 Ibanez Artist with 2 humbuckers through an Ampeg Reverberocket. I get some noise mostly because of the semi hollow body of the guitar. But then I like noise. I would guess with a single coil you’d get less noise, by logic. Regardless, the Swollen Pickle is BADASS. The fuzz is dark with an awesome grind. I was using a RAT for years and switched over. Glad I did.

Is this a muff clone or just a fuzz pedal?

It's a fuzz pedal similar to the big muff, I find it to be similar to the big muff but prefer it.

Does this come with or need a power supply or patch cables?

Mine did not come with patch cables or power supply. Just standard way huge product booklet, sample settings, and some stickers, etc.
