I bought the English Lavender, it smells so good every time I open my drawers. It just elevates the whole feel of it. The roll has six precut sheets, so they don’t cover my entire drawer base but I don’t care that much about that to be honest.

Initially upon opening the package, the smell was almost overpowering. It’s a strong camphor smell, not sweet at all. It dissipates quickly, but still isn’t the sweet smell I had hoped for. However, after sitting in the drawer, the camphor overtones calm down and the sweet smell emerges. At this point (a couple of weeks after lining my drawers), it has calmed down to a sweet, slightly spicy, smell. It’s immediately detectable on opening the drawers, but not when the drawer is shut. As I write this, I can smell it distinctly on my t-shirt. I smell it on my sheets when I first get in bed, but not after that. I kind of like it. It is sweet, but not overpowering or cloying like a fabric softener smell. I have never smelled actual lavender flowers, but I understand the camphor overtones are characteristic of French lavender, so perhaps this is a genuine lavender smell. Whatever, I have grown to like it. Perhaps the camphor overtones were the reason people first started using lavender in drawers? The actual paper sheets are on the small size, but heavy enough to lie flat in the drawer without adhesive. They are a pleasant pale lavender-grey color. I can’t see why you would want adhesive on them. The adhesive would make a mess if you wanted to change the paper and would stick to the wood and mess it up so you couldn’t paint it or lay anything else in the drawer. It’s a nice product, but don’t expect it to smell like lavender soap or fabric softener. Update: I just bought a cheaper brand that comes in bigger sheets. The cheaper sheets smell like soap. It made me realize how much nicer the spicy-sweet smell of these lavender sheets was and I upgraded my review to 5 stars.

Loved the scent. Perfect fit for my drawer. Scent still there after a few weeks.
