Can I use a medium refill for this pen?

Waterman-brand rollerball refills only come in "Fine" (which I would actually call "Medium to Bold"). However, this pen will also accept Pilot G-2 gel refills with no modification, and also works with Uni-Ball Jetstream, Uni-Ball Signo 207/307, or Pentel EnerGel refills if you trim a mm or so of plastic from the end of the refill. You can install your preferred point size of any of these alternative refills.

Can the pen be engraved?

Yes - I had three of them engraved as gifts and they look fantastic

Fake one , cheap plastic pen delivered

Forced to return as the pen which came was not as shown in picture. Cheap plastic, no waterman marks anywhere, inside refil was also cheap make. Be careful while ordering. Not worth even 5 AED.
