My buddy got the same setup & says my inner belt is flimsier than the one he got. Are there different versions?** A: it is flexible exactly what you want, anything harder will be uncomfortable for long period of time. **Q: Does it come with a buckle?** A: The belt is secured by velcro. There is a buckle of sorts but it is more of a guard to prevent snags I suppose.
