I bought these to replace another brand I purchased which had lots of other stuff in it I didn't need. These ones are much better and clearly state how much magnesium they contain. I started off taking one every night and then gradually moved up to two per night, to get my stomach used to it - but I haven't had any adverse affects at all. I have a chronic pain condition so I haven't really found that they've helped with aches and pains a noticeable amount (although, it's hard to tell!) - however, they have definitely had an affect on my sleep. Within the first couple of nights taking them, I immediately noticed that I was going to sleep faster. It has always taken me a really long time to fall asleep, sometimes even hours - so I really noticed the difference and I know it was caused by taking the magnesium. I'm really happy with them and this is my second purchase of them now - I intend to keep taking them. They have definitely improved my ability to fall asleep more quickly which has been a great relief.

I use MG for lowering blood pressure, it works very well , also works well for sleeping.It really works so well and improves my sleep.It also helps me with muscle cramps and muscle pain.Very good product, I buy it on repeat, have been using this brand for about 2 years.Excellent suplement.Highly recomend.The only thing is, 300mg feels too much for me, I take half of capsule content per day,it has a neutral taste to it.Great value for money.

Good quality tablets like these should be in a foil packet. People that are buying these products are, trying to stay healthy and probably trying to avoid plastics like me. These tablets are going to sit in a soft plastic packet for months. Still seems like a very good product though, i.e. no fillers or rubbish added. But to get 5 out of 5, it would need a foil packet, or foil inner sleeve. I would still buy again, but will transfer these tablets, to an old foil packet I have from some other tablets.

Seem to have helped with sleep. Still wake up in the night but feel tired and get back to sleep quicker generally. Sleep score on my watch has gone up slightly but less variation, i.e. previously I'd have a few really bad nights followed by 1 good and repeat. Now it's more consistent.

I specifically bought this magnesium because it clearly states the amount of elemental magnesium, which is surprisingly hard to find with many brands. A lot of supplements list a high dose but don’t make it clear how much elemental magnesium you’re actually getting this one does, which gave me confidence. I’ve been taking it for just over a week, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement. I was struggling with ongoing knee pain and upper body discomfort, and the difference has been very noticeable. My upper body pain is completely gone My knees feel much, much better (not 100% yet, but a big improvement) The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. So far, I’m really happy with the results and will definitely continue using it. If you’re looking for a magnesium supplement that actually provides a proper, transparent dose of elemental magnesium, this is a great option.

I've only used them for just over a week and have noticed a huge improvement with my RLS (restless leg syndrome). I only take half a serving i.e. 1 pill a day, since the full serving size seems like a bit much magnesium for me considering the recommended daily intake for women. (Edit: after about a month, the cramps started coming back. I now take a full serving of 2 pills and it keeps them away.) The capsule is quite big so it's slightly uncomfortable to swallow, but I've gotten used to it. I do have issues falling asleep and haven't noticed any difference yet, although I've heard those privileges come with long-term use over several months so I'm not surprised. I chose this pill because I specifically wanted magnesium glycinate and this brand has great value and seem transparent with ingredients and amounts of mg. A lot of these brands don't seem to get the chemistry right which is frustrating and could be dangerous!
