Will adding seafoam TT-16 to my trans. fluid make for to much liquid volune ?

It is never a good idea to overfill an A/T, just siphon or drain an amount of trans fluid equal to the amount of Trans Tune your adding. If using as a filter change flush I add 1/2 can, drive for a few miles, then drop pan change fluid and filter,then add second half of can with proper amount of recommended fluid. I have followed that procedure for years on various makes and have had no problems. Hope this answer helps.

Should I use this in a new (2015) F-150 as a part of regular maintenance or wait till I notice "problems"?

Many (almost all new cars) can only access the trans fluid from under the car. When you get your oil changed, you can ask the service station to put it in. No guarantee they will actually do it. If you can access your fluid from under the hood, it's great to add it as regular maintenance but not needed so soon.

Is it ok to put it in my 2012 mercedes benz glk 350 4matic suv..how and where should it be added in the transmission??? plz lemme know

your transmission is sealed meaning you must break the tab off the cap at the fill tube located at the top back of the engine. then you need to buy a dip stick for your car and measure your fluid. Its reported that MB transmissions are critical about quantity of fluid level {not to much and not too little}. Once that's all performed TT16 can be added per their instructions. Hope this helps

Should be unnecessary. Manual transmissions are much simpler and don't suffer the same problems. If you would go to the trouble of adding this you might as well just open the drain plug and change your transmission oil. Do that every 80,000 miles and you should be in good shape.
