Q: will this work on lemon juice concentrate?

They should work in any beverage which contains tannins or sulfites. I have not researched lemon to see if they are one of the fruits containing these, however I can verify that the filters work incredibly well in wine.

Q: What ingredients are contained within the filter bag?

There is no ingredient list on the box or the packet. I let the packet dry out after use, cut it open and it appears to be little tiny beads of some sort. By best educated guess would be resin beads. Whatever it is, it works to remove the sulfates, so My face doesn’t turn red when I drink wine. That is the point.

Q: How do you filter out the whole bottle? i buy the big bottles at bj’s and it gives me a headache during and after but i love it!?

It's likely trial and error. I've only used them by the glass, but I'd try two filters in a regular (750ML) bottle. If you're buying a really large bottle, you probably need 4-5
