**Q: How does it perform for thin slicing Pepperoni**
A: I would say not very well. I have not tried it on pepperoni but I tried to slice a country ham very thin and it ripped it to shreds. It is very difficult to get a thin clean slice.

¡Me encanta esta rebanadora, la uso casi a diario! Aunque, como siempre, es necesario usarla con precaución, la uso mucho pues puedo hacer rebanadas delgadísimas como cortar carne para carpaccio, hasta muy gruesas. Por ejemplo la uso incluso para rebanar el pan y queda muy parejito. Es fácil de limpiar, No es muy pesada, sólo lo suficiente para que no se voltee fácilmente. Y se paga solita. Por ejemplo compro el jamón, salami, etc. en pedazos y sóo voy rebanando lo que necesito, de manera que me sale más barato y la rebanada siempre está fresquísima.
