Very nice led fireplace, a bit noisy though if you use the heating. Otherwise tip top. Very nice flame effect, with five speed levels, five brightness levels and also five different flame colours. Very happy value for money.

I am delighted with the fire. It is exactly what I wanted and has become the focal point in my dining room, It is attractive and efficient. It gives out plenty heat and the fan runs quietly. I have also had prompt, courtous and helpful attention from the seller. It arrived very well packaged.

This fireplace is lovely to look at and very cosy. I am using it for ambiance rather than heat so cannot comment on that. Other reviewers have commented on the red blurry number in the corner but with my fireplace it comes on when changing fire modes but then disappears so this may be something new. Only 4 stars as remote doesn’t work and I can ever so slightly see the shadows of some of the wires behind the fire but it’s not that obvious. Overall very happy with product and a good price.

Very modern looking and easy to set up and use. Remote control enables you to use fire from your armchair. Selection of flame colours, brightness and intensity excellent. Very good range of heating from 15 degrees to 35 degrees. Recommended

Great item, easy to install,looks great A**

We were looking for a freestanding heater that would replace our halogen heater that gave up the ghost, and this was far more attractive and seemed to fit the bill, what we hadn’t realised (stupidly you might say) is that it’s really a main room Fire, best in/on a Fireplace. So it’s bigger/deeper than we expected, pretty damn heavy too. Certainly looks good, but the real disappointment is the heat output isn’t great, just a fan blower out of the top, no radiant heat, and a disappointed Cat! So, as a freestanding heater, not recommended, as a main fire perhaps ok but not that much heat! Remote control works well though.
