I want to put this on my deck, How does the rug hold up to daily rain (I live in Florida)?

This rug should not be sold as outdoor. It does not drain and is contactless wet. So disappointed

What shade of blue is the navy blue? Is it a true navy or more like a royal blue? The photos look more like a royal blue.
