Will this be ok for a proform treadmill?

No. Proform uses Paraffin based lubricant. At least according to the manufacturer. My Proform treadmill is 10 years old and they DO NOT recommend you use silicone, it actually shortens the life of the belt.

It is the only lube Sole recommends in their manual (other than their own lube).

What is the difference between the lube & walk and the lube & walk deluxe?
