Can two people who are different heights both use this rope, i.e. can you adjust back and forth easily? (I'm 5'5" and my partner is 5'10").

YES! My husband is 5'10", I'm only 5'1" and our 10 year old is between 4' and 5'. We all use the same rope. The sleeve within collar rings inside the handles allow for easy length adjustment, just don't squeeze the collar and sleeve together completely that it snaps into place. This will allow readjustments. To make it even faster to adjust, we leave the caps off the handle ends and allow excess rope to protrude past the ends when our 10 year old uses it. It takes a few seconds to adjust both ends of the rope. Technically however, you could just adjust one end. Very happy that we didn't have to get separate ropes!

I’m 6ft 4in can I still use it?

I'm almost 6'5" and I just tried to jump rope with it out of the box. Its long enough. I'm going to take it down to ~9'5" (i.e. 3' longer than my height) and see how it performs tomorrow. TL;DR - 6'4" can use it (And should take it down a little).

Do you sell replacement rope? These are great and i may need them at some some point because I use them pretty heavily on rough concrete.
