Great reliable Trekking Poles. Just Buy!
I've been using TheFitLife Nordic Trekking Poles for 15 years now. I have purchased about 10 pairs now over the years. Every pair is still functional!! I gift them to friends and family and keep extra pairs in my car incase I go hiking with a newbie hiker who doesn't have any poles.... YET! The poles are sturdy and reliable. I have taken them on the rugged AT Trail, camping in the winter, flat trails out west, and sandy woodsy trails in Florida and the poles have never let me down. I hike about a hundred miles a month ( yep, you read that correctly), and I always use trekking poles no matter the hike because they help stabilize your spine, make hiking uphill or downhill more efficient and easier on your joints, and are a good defense mechanism or a prod to help a snake across the trail. Over the years, all of my trekking poles colors have remained vibrant, the handle grips intact, and the screwable adjustable points functional. Sure you can buy more expensive and lighter poles for just a few less ounces on weight, but why bother when these are extremely reasonably priced for a pair of reliable poles. I highly recommend! As of now, I have every color but black. Guess I'll be buying about that color soon just to complete the set! Lol The poles arrived quickly and well boxed for shipment with all pieces intact and in perfect mint condition.

Great Quality and Price!!
Excellent quality!! Better than any of the other 4 pairs Iโve had-and WAY less expensive!! Iโm a US Army trained physical therapist (53 years of practice and still practicing!! I recommend them to all my patients with balance/mobility issues. Research shows you burn up to 30% more calories using sticks. And you instantly look 5-10 pounds skinnier!! They are literally all terrain vehicles. They take you places where walkers and even crutches canโt take you! And make you safer as you go about your day. Sadly, Medicare wonโt reimburse for them๐ but less than $30 is a small price to pay for safety and more normal walking!! The wrist straps allow you to work with your hands without dropping your cane or crutches (then having to bend over to pick them up.) They can be an absolute game changer in promoting independence!!

Great Poles, But Handle Too Small for Medium Hands
I really wanted to love TheFitLife Nordic Walking Trekking Poles, but unfortunately, I had to return them due to an issue with the handle size. While the quality of the poles seemed great, I ran into a problem with the handle that made them uncomfortable for me to use. I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall with medium-sized hands (I typically wear a medium glove), so I didnโt expect this to be an issue. However, when I grabbed the handles, I quickly noticed they were too small for my hands. Specifically, the bottom part of the handle pressed into the lower area of my fistโthe pinky side. It created an uncomfortable rubbing sensation that was noticeable even after only a short time of holding them. I could immediately tell this would become a bigger issue if I had to walk for any significant distance or on a long hike. I could feel the pressure building in that spot, and I knew the friction would turn into a blister or irritation after a few miles. I tried adjusting the wrist straps, hoping it would relieve some of the pressure, but it didnโt help much. The handles themselves felt narrow, and no matter how I adjusted my grip, the bottom of the handle continued to press against my fist. While the rest of the pole felt lightweight, durable, and easy to adjust, that handle was a dealbreaker for me. It's a shame because these poles seemed perfect for Nordic walking or hiking. The poles were easy to adjust in terms of height, they felt sturdy, and I liked the ergonomic design. But the handle was just too small and uncomfortable for my medium-sized hands. I knew that rubbing in that area would be a serious issue if I were to walk for hours, and I didnโt want to risk hurting my hands or getting blisters. On the bright side, Amazonโs good return policy made returning these poles a very easy process, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. If you have smaller hands, you may find these poles to be a perfect fit, but for anyone with medium to larger hands, Iโd suggest trying them out first to see if the handle works for you. I really hope TheFitLife might consider offering a larger handle option in the future, as I think these poles have a lot of potential otherwise.

Highly Recommend
My first day with them, so far so good. The height is easy to adjust, they are light, good grip and the directions are clear and easy to understand. The different terrain tips are very handy as I will be walking on multiple surface types (only tested the rubber tips today). They seem to be very durable. I walked further today then I have in months and had no back pain, no knee pain and a little hip pain. Overall I recommend these for sure.

Functioned as Described
I purchased these walking sticks for a vacation with some challenging walking events. Being older it made sense to have some travel worthy support. These sticks fit the bill. They were a size to easily fit into my suitcase, functioned as described and made the trip more fun...at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone needing some support and balance.
