It's a really cute tea pot , however there are 2 different listings on Amazon with this same look and size, same company ,one has an infuser basket , this one does not! I ordered this one by mistake thinking it had the basket and to return it will cost a lot and I already paid extra to ship it here quickly! No one's fault but my own, I should have looked more closely!Otherwise it seems like a really nice teapot. I wish I could just exchange for the one I thought I was ordering!

Bellissima teiera, colore uguale a quello proposto (forse appena appena più scuro) tiene l'acqua per due tazze. Il coperchio si blocca quando si versa il tè e rimane in posizione fino a quando la teiera si è vuotata praticamente tutta (ma verso la fine è meglio tenerci sopra un dito per sicurezza). Qualche volta esce una goccia dal beccuccio ma credo dipenda dalla velocità con cui si versa il liquido.Ci sono dei fori all'interno per impedire che le foglie del tè escano, anche se quelle più piccole non vengono trattenute e finiscono ugualmente nella tazza.Io seguo le istruzioni riportate nella confezione: scaldo la teiera con acqua bollente per qualche minuto, la vuoto, inserisco le foglie del tè (1 per tazza più 1 per la teiera) ed infine verso l'acqua. Posso assicurarvi che il tè rimane bello caldo per parecchio tempo. Credo che prima o poi prenderò anche la versione più grande. Acquisto Ottimo!

Déçue je l'ai reçue cassée et il s'agit d'une très petite taille. Je l ai renvoyée et le service après vente a été top mais je ne rachèterai pas ce produit même si j'aime cette marque

Very good teapot. Nicely made. No sharp edges. Whatever you do, DO NOT try to turn the lid to try to keep if from falling out while pouring liquid. It will get stuck & is almost impossible to turn it back to remove. I had to use a vise grip over a soft towel to remove it. Luckily I didn't damage the lid. It is designed to stay in place while pouring by the lip that goes under the rim. You can turn the teapot more that 90° without the lid falling out.
