Q: Why do you guys keep sending products that are not as pictured?!

I wish I knew the definitive answer, but after using the correct stock photos of items being sold, it seems that Amazon updates the listing with the latest version of the plate, cup, utensils and placemat. There have been multiple iterations of these products, so sellers need to always check if Amazon updates their stock photos unknowingly. It may be wise as a buyer to write to a seller first to see which version they have on hand. Not a great option, but it could save you the aggravation and returns. I hope this helps. I have never had this happen with any other product I sell on Amazon.
