Can the temperature be set to 80F?** A: This is just a very simple food warmer. I wouldn't try using it for anything else. If you do decide to purchase one I hope the one you get is assembled better than the one I got. We actually had to use a hammer to "flex" the shelving to fit in the tracks that was already studded into place....very crooked! Now that I have the shelving in I cannot remove it. I had to have a warmer then or I would have sent this poorly constructed metal box right back!
