I used it once and I liked the results, it does its work. This heat protectant don't just protect but it also nourishes the hair and leaving it feeling so soft. It was a good purchase for me.

I used this heat protector for the first time in combination with a straightener. This will remain in my hair care routine. My grays didn’t turn colors and were left moisturized, not weighed down with no frizz. This product is very light weight but effective ingredients. I did not experience any skin irritation. This product did what it said protection under heat and I used 400 degrees. So sorry the lighting was not bright but you get the idea. This straight with no scorched grays

More the half leaked in box pryer to delivery

The serum itself works well and leaves my hair looking smoother with a healthy shine. It also helps reduce frizz before heat styling without making my hair feel greasy or heavy. Unfortunately, my bottle wasn’t properly sealed during packaging. Some of the product leaked into the shipping box, which was disappointing to see on arrival. I’m giving it 3 stars because the product quality is good, but the packaging needs better attention to prevent leaks during delivery.
