The recommended serving size of 1 oz (10 servings in each 10 oz package) has just 10mg sodium, one of the items I am keeping track of in my daily intake.Tasty? You bet! As you can see in the photo, the Original version is looser while the Honey Pecan has chunks of the granola, which make a satisfying little snack, along with small loose bits. Sprinkle a little of the loose granola on hot cereal like oatmeal and cold cereal like oat flakes to provide additional texture and a burst of sweet flavor, no sugar needed. Sprinkled on top of cupcakes, cakes or pies or any food that would be improved by a touch of sweet crunchiness for a pleasing appearance and enhanced flavor. I also purchased the Honey Pecan version, and it is just as good.Although I don’t need Paleo products, I do seek healthier nourishment, especially when snacking or trying to increase flavor and texture but not calories.
